I have a client whose GBP was suspended last year. Then his web design company created a new profile (big no-no, I know), and it got suspended, too. I have verified that the duplicate profile no longer exists. I logged in with the email account that was used to create it, and it's nowhere...
I received a reinstatement email (whew!) less than 24 hours from submission of the form. However (ugh!), just a minute before that email, I received a duplicate suspension email. Not sure if that was a glitch or if it was immediately resuspended after the Google rep reinstated it? It still shows...
