TMBADQ but is there an established "best practice" for how a business should appear in GMB when, due to COVID, the business is still fully operational but all employees are working remotely?
 
@FriarTuck00, I'd just leave GMB the way it is, but make the "new normal" extra clear on the website.

A different school of thought says you'll want to tweak the GMB attributes to include "Online appointments" and not to include "On-site services," but there's nothing specific to be gained by doing that. Most people you'd want as customers know to click through to your site to see what your current rigging is.
