Best Tool To Check Keyword Ranking Locally?

I have been searching a reliable tool or a way to check local keyword ranking. Bright local does the job but i believe there should be a better way, or platform to check local ranking and keywords. Also is there any keyword research tool ?
As a matter of fact, I would like to know which one people use more for checking local ranking with keywords?

For local rankings Bright Local is the best by far. Positionly is a solid tool as well.
