Can a plumber use a coworking space?

I have a client who is looking to rent a coworking space in the city. He would have his own suite number and signage. I'm a bit confused now as plumbers are usually SABs so would this be classed as hybrid business?

Google explicitly says that service area businesses can't use virtual offices and I would throw co working spaces under that as well.

So any plumbing business should either rent an entire office and hide the address or use their home address and hide it?

If they are a pure SAB, I suggest home address or any office address that is not associated with a virtual office or coworking space type location.
