Hi everyone,

I have a client who doesn't have access to the email that's primary owner on their GBP, so they can't approve my manager request. The phone number associated to the account to claim ownership is also a landline so it can't receive texts, and it can't receive phone calls either because it has an automated call routing.

What are my options here to help this client gain access to their account?

Create a new email associated with the domain. Add that email to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC). Use that email to request ownership access and wait 72 hours before checking the status. Google might allow that email to verify ownership via email.

Thanks! The client doesn't have any business emails, just gmails that they're using. I believe the primary email on the GBP is also a gmail as well. Will this method still work?
