Did You Know in Local Panel

Has anyone seen or does anyone know why GMB replaced my company's phone number with a Did You Know description that is pulling from the site's About page?

What triggers Google to pull info from an About page?

Excellent find, @Marissa. I don't know yet why Google pulls from the "About" page, but apparently it doesn't need to. Search for museum of fine arts boston - Google Search and you'll see a "Did you know" section pulled from an 8-year-old third-party article about the museum.
