I work for a hospital. We were contacted by an attorney for a doctor who left our hospital to work for another organization in another city. Her GBP (owned by us) is still live, and she'd like to stop showing up in search for her old location.
Simplest solution would be to just transfer ownership to her so she can update with new info and keep her reviews - but is this a best (or acceptable) practice? What if a doctor who practices at 4 different locations in our city moves elsewhere and only works at one location - should we transfer ownership of all or pick one?
Or would we need to mark the old ones as permanently closed and have them create a new profile(s)? Thanks!
