Facebook 90 Day Integration Policy

Hello All,

One of the SMBs I work for received this message from a vendor we do not work with. I am fairly certain this is spam but is anyone familiar with a 90-day integration policy for Facebook business listings. I couldn't find anything in Facebook's guidelines... Thank you for your insight . I had to block the business name for client privacy.
