Google Reviews Count Stuck Despite New Reviews

Hi ,

I've been having this stange issue with a client. He keeps getting reviews but the number does not change, it stays at 81. I've even been testing out by leaving reviews with different accounts and the number never changes...

I tried contacting google support and they alwayys send this automatic message that does not answer my question.

Has anyone ever had this issue ?

The number never changes, can you confirm the reviews never get posted? Or are new reviews getting posted, but others are getting removed?

Either way, the best way to get these restored is to contact support here, type reviews and follow these prompts

type reviews > select missing reviews > next steps > bypass resources > next steps > email

provide all the info you did here including screenshots and they should be able to restore these.
