Google showing large favicons/logos for "people also searched for" in the search bar auto-complete suggestions

For the last couple of days, I am seeing very large favicons/icons for "people also search for" below the search bar autocomplete suggestions. Is this a new feature or a test?
Once more, Google is showing competitors for branded searches and on desktop, it is very prominent...

When I try, I'm only seeing listings that are related to the branded search, not competitors.

I only get competitors for the "People Also Search For" suggestions. Hyatt and Sheraton hotels in Chicago.

I just realized there are two links on the bottom right corner. This is what comes up when I click on the "report inappropriate predictions".
