I wanted to share a tool with you guys that has literally doubled my productivity.

As many of you know, so much content on the web these days is video-based. Webinars are video. Most training is video. Everything is video!

How would you like to be able to view every video 2-3 times faster? Imagine being able to watch an one-hour recorded webinar in 30 minutes or less.

To do this, I use a tool called Enounce MySpeed and I've been using it for almost 2 years now. I can't imagine watching a video in normal speed. I use this tool so much that I can watch any video in double speed and am now able to push most videos to 2 1/2 times their normal speed. That means I can plow through 60 minute videos in under 30 minutes.

If you use this tool a lot like I do, over time you will train yourself to listen and comprehend videos when they are being played really fast. It does take practice but once you get used to it, you'll never watch a video in normal speed again.

Check it out. It has a free trial (just $30 after that):
Take Control of Your Time With MySpeed - Enounce

This little baby is such a time saver I'd pay $500 for it. And the cool thing is it works totally in the background on your computer. As soon as you play any video online, it pops up so you can speed the video up or slow it way down. It's really slick.

I am not an affiliate, sales rep, or otherwise for this product. I'm just a huge fan of it and I can't stress enough how much time this one tool saves me. I can watch 4 hours of videos in one day in less than 2 hours. Do yourself a favor and get the tool now!

Wow Travis, that's crazy. I've never heard of anything like this before.

I should make it required for my new video training since I talk kinda slow. :p

Actually your talking speed is perfect because I can crank the speed up to 2.8x normal speed (my new record:)) and still completely understand you. I watched the first two training videos in about 40 minutes. The slower the people talk, the faster you can speed through the videos and still completely understand what they're saying.

I can't say enough about this tool. It's to the point now that if I'm on my iPhone or iPad, I literally can't watch any videos longer than 5 minutes if I can't speed it up. It drives me crazy because it seems so sloooow.

I used Enounce for a little while probably 4 years ago. It was nice when it worked, but didn't always work. No doubt they've got it working real well since then.

(But yeah, slowness is why I don't really like videos in general. Given the choice, I'd much rather read - way faster.)
