Hi all,
I'm working with someone that is rebranding their business, and will be switching to a new domain and business name.
As part of this I want to ensure their Google business listing remains unaffected as they've picked up some good reviews over the years.
I wanted to check - is it as simple as logging into the GMB account, going to Info, and editing/saving the new name?
I'd heard stories that such trivial changes can still get listings suspended. I'd hoped to avoid that - and wanted to check the best way forward.
The old site will have 301 redirects setup to the new site address so the other SEO side of things should be taken care of.
The physical address of the business won't be changing.
Thanks for any help
