How do you go about building the BEST Local backlinks???

You don't build them, you EARN them!

Think local, all the time! Generate content, info, tools or resources other local sites in your market would WANT to link to. It's more work to generate links with some of these ideas, but I'm pretty sure the rewards are much greater for legit "earned" local links over a bunch of generic, quick, easy, spammy links.
