Negative Effects Changing GMB Name?

Hi I currently have a client who's building is not opening until mid next year but they have an offsite leasing office. If I were to make their GMB name "Community Name Leasing Office" with the off-site leasing office address for the time being until they are onsite, would switching the name back to just their community's name negatively affect anything? I know we will have to reverify when we change the address but I didn't know if it would negatively affect them changing their name

Create the listing with the proper name and address and mark it as future open date. I wouldn’t mess around with changing the name and address as you can be suspended and it will be more difficult to get the listing unsuspended.
