Page off the site and off google still GA shows traffic

We have removed the page from the website and also put noindex through GSC. Now page is back to showing up and going to 404 error.

We are seeing traffic in GA for the last 2/3 days. Our issue is that the client wanted the page off the site and off google and we had done that before.

Any suggestions.

Sometimes Google takes a few days/weeks to update URLs.

I'd use the removal tool in GSC (details) and redirect the old URL.

I found this page was in the Draft and someone was trying to access it. This could be the possible reason for now.
