Street View & 360 Tab Missing from some Listings?

Hi,

We have noticed that the "Street View & 360" Tab that is usually on every business listing is disappearing from some GBP listings.

We are an agency that specialises in providing Google 360 Photos for business so it's a bit concerning, wondered if anyone has any info on this as can't find anything online.

Hello Joy.

Resolved. We didn't contact support but we have noticed that the tab has now been updated. I believe it was a fairly new listing and there was not actually a street-view image for the business. So following us doing the 360 images internally, Google's algorithm seems to have included that tab, think it took a week or so.

Interesting. I haven't seen this happen yet but have you tried contacting GBP support about it?
