We have a client who has discovered that unauthorized LSA's are running in some areas. They want to get them stopped. We can't seem to find any support contacts for LSA's. Any ideas?

We don't have the LSA's as our client handles those directly. They are a national company and they apparently have ads running in markets that they don't want them to run in. The only communication they get is from the cost they see on their credit card.

@Pam Weber, gotcha. I thought you meant competitors are running LSAs in a way that isn't kosher.

Anyway, if your client (rather than a third party) manages their LSAs, they need to double-check and update (if necessary) their "service areas" in the LSA interface. And make sure it saves OK.

If that doesn't work, or if they have already done that, you or they will just need to contact Google here: Contact Local Services - Local Services Help
