Suspended SAB Appeal and second appeal denied

• Our clients locksmith business was recently suspended. THey are a service area business. All service areas are less than 1 hour from his address. Hours are NOT 24 hours and show normal biz hours
• We provided their state business license on first appeal and it got denied. The document has his home address on it
• For the second appeal, we submitted a utility bill and a city license and we made sure our GBP matched exactly the documents name. Also denied.
• THe only thing we can come up with was a long time ago this was apparently verified via postcard to a post office. The owner cant remember what address he used but he thinks it was a PO box.

Is it possible if he used a PO box initially to get verified and because he has home address on his business docs, thats why the appeals are being denied?? I have added this too to the Google Support forums but thought I may kick it around in here to see if anyone can shed light on this

Add the home address and hide it. Then use this form. I upload all of the documents in folder and then reply to the email with the links.

Hey Jason

I was told you couldnt use that form after you do the second appeal and have to respond to the email you got(basically not opening another case) . I tried that yesterday and thats what support told me

When I did that, they just came back rejecting it again

So should I respond AGAIN(After I hide address) to the second appeal email or do I fill this form out again even though they told me not to?

2.) When your Appeal and re-appeal are both rejected, create a post in the support community. Include the case ID from your re-appeal and a link to a Google Drive folder with your evidence and screenshots of the Business Profile.

Reason was not allowed to have a GBP or something to that extent. I'm not logged in now. I am working with someone on the forum now who requested the info you mentioned and the dive link w the documents
