You cannot claim a location for which a business does not exist and them edit the location. That's against the rules and not a great idea. Best to ensure it has the information for the business when it stopped operations at the old location.

It would only be kosher if the local authority on physical addresses has that space listed as a separate suite. If the physical address is just the main address use that.

AllSearch52 you didn't answer my question about the locations. If there aren't branded stores then you'll run into ranking issues and likely no knowledge graph because Google isn't going to reward violations of its policies.
