Really not sure. Possibly only triggered by a new Yelp listing, but removing your Yelp listing then adding again seems overkill and unnecessary IMO

I've had this countless times. A client's Yelp listing shows their address. Apple create a listing using that info - but if you try to claim or edit the Apple Maps listing it triggers some backend checks and they say it's not allowed. Some have then been marked as permanently closed or removed...

I had this issue last week just in my UK accounts. A few days later it all magically came back

We don't want to list the virtual office, just update the address so Google and LSA support see it on the backend

We need to update the address on the LSA profile so insurance and other business docs are accepted. LSA support claim they can see which address is on the backend of a GBP that's set to an SAB and they want to see the new address there before being able to update the address on the LSA profile...

Surely it's not compliant with showing the address publicly, which is why we keep and still want the address to be hidden?

I had this with one listing and I was overlooking something so simple - using http rather than https for the website field, this was causing the UTMs to drop off

Just an update - around a week or 10 days after submitting the redressal form, the duplicate listing was removed. Thanks for the advice 👍
