In my opinion the results don't make any sense. There are sites wth really really thin content ranking and it's changing hour by hour. I think this will calm down.

One of our client's rank for organic near-me terms is fluctuating at the moment. The actual results don't seem to make a lot of sense. Is anyone else seeing fluctuations?

This 100%. SABs have been slaughtered. I still think there's a bit of a glitch as sometimes the SABs I work with don't appear at all on search. I'm hopeful of a correction as I don't think the way they're ranking/hiding SABs at the moment makes much sense.

SABs are still being hidden on some search results across multiple locations. The maps have been a mess for the last month.

Yes, it's when the key phrases are refreshed/rentered on the maps that the results change. They look more like things were before the March update.
