    Restoring legit deleted reviews?

But the real questions is - Is trying to get deleted reviews back worth spending time on - or just gotta keep getting more reviews to make up the difference? And asking NOT just for this example but for all clients or anyone in general. Odds of home services company calling old clients to...

    Restoring legit deleted reviews?

I can see that on the H2O one. Maybe they wrote it right after a reporting call? But nope, these were all written by clients themselves.

    A new deleted/hidden reviews record

I've asked LV support about this before - this was their response - https://static.md/2e21fdead2d80f7106be9981939b3d2e.png We've started getting these every day for different clients recently. Every time we check the GBP - the reviews are still there.

GBP changed to SAB - all ranking gone?

@whitespark - or anyone else - Have you ever seen/had experience with this happening before? Where a business switches from an address showing to service area (SAB - address hidden) - and the rankings are now from the center of the service area as opposed to the verified location/address...

GBP changed to SAB - all ranking gone?

The address that "was" showing (where the google icon is on the screenshot) has never changes since they originally verified the listing several years ago.

GBP changed to SAB - all ranking gone?

It was reverified (suspension removed on 11/5/2025) - and actually then the address was put back by Google. Then later Google removed it (on 11/18/25). Pretty confusing since 2 things that are against guidelines (address showing and business name) were put back as they were (after suspension was...

On desktop you get an option to use an existing email address for the Google account. - https://static.md/0325143395c51572dd0bf59a7fdc571d.png But I just tested on mobile and doesn't look like it gives you that option? We are just using regular Gmails. So not sure of any additional workarounds...
