There are a couple solutions to this .
We just blocked or created a filter on the main account (: , and added additional user for the notifications to go there .
Also depends if you are maxing out on budget and trying to get as many calls as possible or you have a limited budget .
Are you using bidding or let google decide ?
Disputes aren't the problem , we had multiple accounts ranking top 1-2 for a long time while doing 50%-75% of the disputes and then same thing happened to us .
