Great question - I would agree with that sentiment as well.
However - no rhyme or reason to reviews 500 vs 20 - some get calls some don't. 4.9 vs 4.6 vs 5.0 averages also seem to not matter very much either from ranking or calls.

Clearly still being punished by Google :(. The listing is now coming up as the STE #, Then address. From what I've read this is the European/Rest of the world's address model.
Is there a way we can get it back to Address, then STE #. My GMB updates did nothing, only your mapmaker edits...
So it has updated with the street number appearing in front of the address. Not really how it appeared before.
Partial panic is starting to set in, but I know it's a game of time :eek::eek:

Yeah so I made the change back on Friday to STE 107 which reflects in GMB, but it's not live still.... The last change was applied nearly instantly... I don't know what is going on
I went ahead and changed it back to Ste 107, which from everything I could tell was what it was prior to the change.

Also FYI, there is a Pediatric Dentist and an Orthodontist at the same address with a different STE number. The Pediatric Dentist is now ranking higher. We have almost 60 positive reviews, they have 7 reviews.
I updated the maps listing address on a clients GMB page to reflect the majority of the citations online. I removed STE and replaced it to reflect the # sign on most listings.
Now the listing only shows in results when I zoom in. It is a dental practice if that matters.
