You can ignore DA. IMHO, Adsense isn't necessarily disqualifying. That said, it can be a good filter. I'd look for more topically / geographically relevant "real" sites. Is "londonnewsonline" a "real" recognized news site? If not, probably skip. I'd also make sure you're listed in major...

@Daniel L - Sorry to hear this. A lot great advice already posted. Without knowing the site, it's hard to provide specific guidance. Based on what's posted here, I would agree with those that have suggested that it's likely due to Google concluding the location pages are "doorways." See: Spam...

Lots of great tips here. One more I love: Call transcripts. Hear customers / clients describe their issues, questions in their own terms. Use them to inform keyword strategy.
