    Hey! Today we noticed a new 6 pack appearing on a mobile device in the UK. It was coming up for multiple categoies and locations on this device, but not on a different one. Has anyone else seen this yet?

    We have seen posts being deleted across numerous accounts, posts from before December 2023.

    All in the UK at the moment. And I was mistaken - these are under the same Agency ID not on our other individual user access. That would the thing in common. May other businesses under the same agency haven't had any issues as yet.

    No - they are totally different industries, in different areas, and our access is under separate users too.

    We have so far about 7 different accounts. Most are not doing anything (no review software or incentives) and have a low number of reviews. This particular business is only a few months old and has just been asking customers for reviews verbally.

    Could a user reporting 20 listings as spam within a 2 hour time frame (actual legitimate spam) be the likely culprit?

    And we rarely had a whole account go down with 10 per accounts. So this is big!

    This is also how we manage listings, we were trialling the agency account. Lucky for us we hadn't fully migrated. There were many advantageous to the smoothness of using the agency but with no extra support it doesn't look worth it and we won't go back to using it!
