Highly recommended! If you do local SEO this tool is a must-have, no better way to check your rankings across a city. Zip code rankings are not even remotely comparable, plus the competitor knowledge is fantastic for spam fighting. If you haven't tried this tool you are missing out!

I use Brightlocal and Yext that tends to cover a big chunk of tier 1 and tier 2 citations. Moz local is a good substitute for Yext, the Brightlocal team does a great job of updating citations for a low cost with way less leg work!

We actively do this and have seen it make considerable improvements for new companies/rebrands. Existing businesses that haven't changed names or locations it doesn't have nearly the same level of impact.
