How can this be when I feel like 80% of suspension threads are talking about how to do the business name change with a keyword in it properly or you will get suspended! The entire process is what everyone is talking about lately- doing the DBA, on signage, on website, etc. etc.
Ok got it. Then I wonder why more businesses are not changing their business names to include keywords. If Google will just change back, then seems like free rein.
ETA: a duplicate GBP was created in the midst of the suspension with a different gmail account, using same business name, which was just successfully deleted on 4/10 thanks to @keyserholiday 🙏
