Thanks for being encouraging! We've been trying to track how people find us, & it's not always easy.
When we ask customers (most of whom DO call before showing up!) how they found us, most say "the Internet" or "google," and many mention our reviews (we have 12 on Google alone, & all are 5...
Thanks, Linda, sounds like that's what we need to do. I wasn't clear on the fact that it won't affect our rankings--that's good news.
Believe it or not, we *do* get a couple of jobs a week from people seeing our reviews on Google, walking their computers over, & knocking on our (unidentified!)...
Update

Hi Linda,
Thanks for replying. I have spoken to them--many, many times. I've gotten into the habit of changing the listing via phone support whenever possible, since the changes we've made on our own haven't always stuck, or worse yet have resulted in existing, correct information simply...
Hi,
I've been trying since my Places listing for my business's actual address, which includes a letter (10 B Graves Avenue), and the "B" has kept getting dropped. I then decided to go with Suite instead (10 Graves Avenue, Suite B), and encountered all the problems described here. At this point...
