Is this a good result ? Achieved via CTR manipulation for gmb.

The GMB had 5 reviews , and is ranking between properties with 50 reviews minimum. First scan was performed on March 5 (left one) the right one on March 30, and the below one on April 9.

Where do GMB Keywords come from?

Traffic to the GMB is a really big factor (especially if its coming via relevant keywords). I agree with the rest points too.
