One thing I'm a little concerned about is Slide 36 What We Know "Less likely to show up in map pack and organic. Prior to Pigeon, we ranked in the top positions in the map pack as well organic. I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I wonder if it be one or the other from here on out.

Thank for the feedback. Drunken flux is right! Fortunately the client has been patient and "gets it", but I will have to admit, this kind of stuff drives me nearly into my own drunken flux.

Jannell, I'm having the exact same problem with one of my clients. Like you, I spoke with two different Google reps. Almost the same responses. Finally this from Google: "This does appear to be a search ranking issue. It could be that there are differences in the search ranking algorithms...
