Hello, I have had 2 clients, one received 4 4-star reviews from seeming bots, and another received 20+ from more spam accounts, can you please help with getting them looked at? In the past I could call GMB and get help, but that doesn't seem to be an option these days :(

That's a tad frustrating. What about, let's say, a law firm, who's name is (Last Name) Law Firm.

I had several businesses that had never taken a hit, take a hit and then rebound in November, but they are now starting to decline in the map rankings again.

This is nearly exactly what I'm seeing, 2-3 day dips, followed by a return to normal for day or two, then another 2-3 day dip. Really only for local map rankings though, organic holding strong.

What's everyone seeing? A site of mine that was #1 in map packs for years now fell off for 3 days, bounced back, and has fallen off again past 3 days. Not sure what the issue is, the profile is completely 100% accurate, regular posts, photo uploads, accurate info, plenty of reviews, etc. Not...

When the local update initially hit, 2 of my local companies saw a significant hit in their map pack visibility before it returned to normal after 2-3 days. However, over the past 2-3 days, they have taken yet another hit to go back to where they were before the "Rebound." Anyone else seeing...
