I just tried adding my social links and they are having trouble publishing. Is anyone else having this issue?

In my experience, we had to have multiple people add the questions and add the answers. Google didn't like us uploading a lot of questions and answers all at once. It was a very long process, waiting in between uploading and having multiple people help us did the trick!

Hi! I just dealt with this issue a couple of weeks ago. We ended up having to go really slow and have multiple people add Q&As because your exact experience happened to us! Also according to Sterling Sky in 2020, Q&As don't impact ranking but they are a useful conversion element of GBPs!

I have used the showcase feature. You are not allowed to use text and as said above repost a new update! That has worked for me.

I use local brand manager to manage 36 gbp locations. I enjoy the posting, keyword, and geogrid features!

I was having issues adding photos to a new gbp listing. I emailed Google and they got it fixed!

I have experienced this too! I recently created a new listing and it wouldn't let me do a postcard verification. It had to be through a live video. Waiting in the que didn't work. Had to contact Google to set up a specific time to meet with a google representative to get it verified.

I have been using the Company Information in Google extension to help with keeping track of spam. It has stopped working on my computer and IT at my company can't figure out the problem. Does anyone have recommendations of another extension to try?
