I've just started consulting for a motel that has two GBPs;
One has ~16 reviews and a ~3.8 rating; it is not affiliated with the Choice Hotels chain.
The second has ~133 reviews and a ~3.3 rating; it is connected to the Choice Hotels chain.
Both profiles are listed at the same location...
