Thanks BUT just want to be clear here - the UTMs I referenced are embedded in the BOOK ONLINE button, per the developer requirements set by Google. IOW, these are not UTMs that my team or others have added to the ends of URLs. These are "hard-coded" from the start.

I have plenty of clients with confirmed reservations via the BOOK ONLINE button. I can confirm the bookings using Google Analytics but when I look for Booking metrics in the Google Business Profiles Performance tab all I get is zeros.
