yes i'm using BL but the pin appears when zooming in and out of maps. I didn't think SAB's should have pins either but it seems they do in some views. The address is hidden in the gbp

Yes, thats where I’m heading. When we do a brand search the pin is correct. However, keyword based searches are wrong

We always check everything in incognito. The screenshot shows their sab boundary. The pin when it shows is over Haddington to the east and well outside the boundary

It’s not. It is outwith the perimeter of the boundary of the sab. We removed East Lothian from the list of areas so it was only Edinburgh city. The boundary is now correct but the pin is still in the centre of the old perimeter

Our client recently switched to a SAB to fix a suspension. When doing so they specified service areas that created a SAB boundary that extended about 20 miles east of the city and as a result the pin that occassionaly appears when zooming in and out was miles away from their actual location. I...

I've seen this as well for a client's SAB. Some searches at a zoom in out show a pin. It's very random and difficult to replicate. More importantly my clients PIN is outside his service area by several miles.

We got it back after 2 appeals. How did it for you?
