thanks but all talks about the ranking of a site as a whole what if the site was not effected at all but GMB took a massive hit and did not recover for no apparent reason no one at all seems to have any real insight on that ..... anyone?

glad you Guys are back No such luck for us our category is FULL of spam new listings that pop up on top and 1 specific listing with no site and stole our registered company name that we simply can't remove they violate every GMB rule and still show in the 3 pack and I think directly affect out...

Hi Everyone our listing yet again suffered from the update in the local pack we have been sown for almost 12 days now still have not recovered from number 1 in almost all keywords to number 70 any insights.....?

Can you guys be specific to what industry and keyword so we can keep track of going up and down to try to figure this out. 2 of my clients have been going up and down on a weekly basis however organic rankings remain solid anyone has any clue....?

Yes seeing the same think in New York listings that I have never seen around pop up in the map pack and other listings that have been ranking for years drop 20 -30 spots something is going on Can you give an example as to which keyword and listing you see that so we can maybe compare....?

Is anyone still seeing the ranking drops and reappearing of local map listings?

they make many none relevant changes but still dose not explain all the ranking fluctuations that are still going on

yes that may be a change they want to do but that does not explain how an ad can bounce from 1 to 40 I can understand a small 2 3 or 4 spot change due to also but not ghosting an ad

Hi Joy my listing is still going from 1 to 30 every 2 or 3 days even though all other locations that had an issue are back to normal this main listing still fluctuates for some reason I am unable to find...? however I reached out to you and hoping Nikki Will find the answer with the audit

Sooo again our local listing dropped from number 1 to number 40 this is crazy it stays up for 48 hrs then drops for 48hrs and this is a listing that was number 1 for the past 3 years any ideas....?

Exactly about 90% of businesess have that and not in a spammy matter just because it makes sense as well we can not all create a brand out of just any name. Seems a bit senseless to punish local businesess that had work done on them for years just because they use a keyword or city signal in the...

So what would happan if your real business brand is a keyword ie. Service + city name and that is the way it was branded and ranked for years dose that mean that you will be punished for that am I understanding the picture....?
