From what we've seen, marking a location as open in the dash when it's incorrectly closed clears the flag in about 48-72 hrs. In our experience, this is much faster than reporting the listing as open on Maps.
Edit: Some listings in the dash don't give you the option to clear the perm closed...

Lat/Long is back in the feed spec. It was removed from bulk feeds back in Aug 2014 because Google received too much bad data...
For now at least, a brand and address specific search will still result in a single local result for the listing I want, from which you can still access the G+ page link. So for example if I search "Seattle Chiropractic 3611 Woodland Park Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103" on Google I see this...
We've seen this in upgraded Google accounts since 10/10 as well and it works great. So far, our favorite feature of the new "Google Updates" functionality is that a feed/spreadsheet update will override the Google Update. This is in contrast to how the previous Data Conflicts functionality...
