Yeah, I was having this same, exact issue with all my clients, so it appears it was glitch for all profiles that utilize this feature. It appears to be fixed now; my profiles are displaying the products correctly now, but it lasted for an entire weekend it seems.
For me, this is becoming an increasingly difficult issue because one of my clients opens new locations pretty frequently, so having to coordinate with each individual office on video verification and hope there are no issues is simply not feasible in the long-term.
