I'm a small agency and would like to manage my client's Apple Maps listing. My question is, should I be asking/using my client's existing AppleID (Apple Account) or should I be setting up new accounts to prevent our agency from having access to their email and other Apple things?

Hi Mike,

To manage your client's Apple Maps listing as an agency, you must create your account as a “Third Party Partner”. This way, you can access and manage the business listings without needing access to your client's personal Apple ID or email.

Then, you'll need to help your clients create, claim and verify their brand and locations on Apple Business Connect. Once that’s done, send them your Partner's Company ID so they can give you admin access.

I hope that can help :)
