Can you get Google Product Feature added?

some of my clients (all are apartment buildings) have the Google Product feature in their listing dashboard but others dont? I have tried removing any additional categories that are not relevant to their listing but sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone have advice on how to get the product feature to added? thanks!
