Good referral for Google ads practitioner or agency?

Does anyone have a good referral for a solid person or agency that does google ads for a local tow truck and roadside service provider. spend for now between $1k-1.5k / month. Current provider not great.

Not sure if you are still looking for one but I think Kickpoint has a plan around $500/month. It's really hard to find good agencies that justify the management fee when the ad spend is that low.
