I'm noticing since few days lots of real estate listings worldwide - and now displayed with "manage this listing" rather then the known link "claim this business"
Here just an example showing several affected listings of a real estate brand
This even happens apparently for listings being already claimed.
Has anyone noticed this behavior for other categories of GMB listings as well?
If so:
which other categories are also now show this "manage this listing" link?

I just figured that almost all broker agents or insurance agencies listings are similar way affected
