Looks like it is a residential area, does the business have a storefront there? Can you share your business name and website to check its eligibility? And, by the way, did you et any email notiication about a suspension? Looks like the profile got suspended (and then removed from your account?).

How are you checking their ranking? are you using any geogrid tool? Could you share an example, like a link to maps and a keyword so we can try to replicate it and see if something comes up?
