I manage multiple Google Business Profiles as part of my role as a Local SEO Manager at Simplia. Recently, I've encountered a troubling issue: over 5 Google Business Profiles under my management have suddenly become invisible without any prior notice or apparent reason from Google.

Despite adhering to Google's guidelines, these profiles are no longer showing up in search results or on Maps. This has significantly impacted local visibility and business interactions for my clients.

Steps I've Already Tried:

  • Checked for policy violations or suspension notifications.
  • Ensured all profile information is accurate and complete.
  • Verified ownership and compliance with guidelines.
  • Attempted to contact Google Support (but with limited success).

Request for Assistance:

  1. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?
  2. Are there any reliable solutions or strategies to recover the visibility of these profiles?
  3. Does anyone have advice on getting faster responses from Google Support for such cases?
Your insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am committed to finding a resolution and would gladly share updates and solutions here to help others facing similar challenges.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @Shoiab,

I am going through this same exact issue on the same day your GMBs were affected. Did you end up finding the cause or solution?

Google Business support do not provide help besides copy and paste generic answers to my concerns.

How are you checking their ranking? are you using any geogrid tool?

Could you share an example, like a link to maps and a keyword so we can try to replicate it and see if something comes up?
