I manage multiple Google Business Profiles as part of my role as a Local SEO Manager at Simplia. Recently, I've encountered a troubling issue: over 5 Google Business Profiles under my management have suddenly become invisible without any prior notice or apparent reason from Google.

Despite adhering to Google's guidelines, these profiles are no longer showing up in search results or on Maps. This has significantly impacted local visibility and business interactions for my clients.

Steps I've Already Tried:

  • Checked for policy violations or suspension notifications.
  • Ensured all profile information is accurate and complete.
  • Verified ownership and compliance with guidelines.
  • Attempted to contact Google Support (but with limited success).

Request for Assistance:

  1. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?
  2. Are there any reliable solutions or strategies to recover the visibility of these profiles?
  3. Does anyone have advice on getting faster responses from Google Support for such cases?
Your insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am committed to finding a resolution and would gladly share updates and solutions here to help others facing similar challenges.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @Shoiab,

I am going through this same exact issue on the same day your GMBs were affected. Did you end up finding the cause or solution?

Google Business support do not provide help besides copy and paste generic answers to my concerns.

How are you checking their ranking? are you using any geogrid tool?

Could you share an example, like a link to maps and a keyword so we can try to replicate it and see if something comes up?

This is not a ranking issue. The GBPs were deleted.

Please help me, I have lost more than 10 Businesses. I am Not using any Third Party Tool..

Looks like it is a residential area, does the business have a storefront there? Can you share your business name and website to check its eligibility?

And, by the way, did you et any email notiication about a suspension? Looks like the profile got suspended (and then removed from your account?).

Business Name- Lone Star Mobile Mechanics
Website:- Discover Auto Care with Lone Star Mechanics
I have not received any email about suspension. Profile was active

@Shoiab - I agree with @keyserholiday. Sounds like the profiles were deleted.

Try the Verification Status Tool. It will show you if the profiles are verified, suspended, marked as a duplicate, etc. I like to think of it as the "status tool".

If you can find them there, you'll get a good clue about what's going on.

If you can't, and you similarly don't see them in the Business Profile Manager then they've been deleted. In this case, contact support, give them the Business Profile IDs and ask them to try to recover the profiles.

In my experience, they won't be able to, but it's worth a shot.

If that fails, you'll have to create new profiles and then ask support to recover the reviews. (They're stored separately from the profiles so even if the profiles get deleted, the reviews are usually still available.)

Finally, is this one of yours? The Lonestar Mobile Mechanic

It was verified, I have lost access and this business are not visible on Maps and Google, How come i lost access without notice.
