GBP Support - Need assistance in "why"

A teammate of mine submitted a ticket to GBP support requesting a reinstatement after the profile was immediately suspended once messaging was turned on. We, then, received the following message:

We've looked at your account and it looks like your Business Profile is not eligible to display on Google per our quality guidelines. Review our guidelines for representing your business on Google to see what types of businesses are eligible to be on Google.​

Google Business Profile Support​

The only thing that comes to mind was our office hours listed as 24/7. We have since changed them back but have not heard anything further from GBP support.

I'll be posting more on the GBP community forum, but any ideas on why this would occur? @Colan Nielsen @BenFisher @Yan Gilbert - any insights would be appreciated.

This is normal, and you will need to appeal via support.

It really depends, there are a lot of factors. It can be a few weeks.
