Hi @lkimball
Google is pulling data from a source it trusts more than the owner/manager of the listing for this information. It is worth doing a health check on your citations to see if they are contributing to the problem.
For example, Yelp contains duplicates locations. Do you have access...
Good morning!
Has anyone else had a different map show up when searching for the company by the address vs. the company name? The address and map placement are correct in GMB. If I search the name of the company in the city, the correct map pin appears as well.
However, if you search by the...
I don't disagree however, local linkbuilding efforts aren't about improving DA which the OP was using to determine which would have more value. My response was to change that mindset and think about them, not as DA builders but local relevance builders. Yes, both will improve search visibility...

For your strategy though would require, implementing a...
Below is a great example from the DOJ regarding what an ADA lawsuit resolution looks like. The last paragraph is especially important in regards to websites.

Hi everyone!
We have a client where a local guide has posted multiple photos of a competitor's interior. The photos are from 2017 and have been reported multiple times in the last few months.
I wasn't able to find the photos when I navigate to the Local Guide's photos and they aren't viewable...
