I agree. but impact on Rankings?

the consensus in this thread was that it if you have a business with a visible address, and you hide the address, the ranking drops (Sterling Sky's / @JoyHawkins conclusion) . Or at least that SABs are harder to rank than visible address businesses. I'm asking if that is still the case.

Here we are almost a year later, I still think this is true. But some of my colleagues tell me it doesn't matter one way or another these days. Haven't seen this issue re-raised in 2025 yet on this forum. Opinions?

whitelabel a service like gatherup that automates contacting their existing customers for reviews, so they dont have to do any work to get the reviews.

Is this still true? I was chatting with someone today who claims he noticed this changing. He manages over 70 listings. He claimed the Service area was impacting rankings now and the actual location of the address where verified (on a hidden address listing) was less important. Thought I'd...
