Do you invite your clients to the project or do you use it for just internal project management?

We use a combination of Basecamp and Trello for assigning tasks but mainly Basecamp. Those of you who are using Asana, can you hide certain files / discussions from the client or do they have full access to the entire project. Basecamp has this functionality which we really like.

That's a good question as it's hard to expect people to link to a service or product page. We focus on outreaching to people / websites that would be interested in sharing or linking to a long form article we've created for the client . We do link to services or product pages from these articles...

What do you mean when you say a "soft suspension"?

Joy, How big of a signal do you think the keyword in the GMB business name is? We feel it's a significant signal but haven't done an official study. I'm curious with all the accounts you've looked at if you feel the same. - Chris
